Sawasdee Bangkok! Mark your calendar as WordCamp Asia 2020 is going to be held on February 21-23, 2020 in the city that never sleeps, Bangkok, Thailand. It is the first-ever flagship WordCamp event in Asia. More than 1000 WordPress enthusiasts around the globe are expected to be at this event sharing and networking with each other over WordPress.
The first day of the event will be contributors day, whereas the remaining two are for talk session, followed by an after-party.

- Mainly targeted for small business, freelancers, and startups- Reasonable and affordable access to the sponsor program with a point of presence at just USD 1500.
- Mainly for Large companies- Exclusive booth position in the expo area that gives organization great visibility and great attractiveness to the diverse attendees.
- Don’t want the point of presence. They have also proposed a sponsor program for after-party event and coffee break.

Call for speakers is up
WordCamp Asia 2020 will have two tracks over two days. All talks will be in English. They are aiming for a mixture of full-length and lightning talks. This WordPress event is one of the largest events and speaking in front of 1000+ audience will surely be one of the greatest achievement of one’s career. So, don’t miss the chance of speaking in front of them. Organizers have already formally invited to all the deserving speakers for a mixture of full-length and lightning talks.

Tickets are on sale
The tickets are being sold in batches and the first batch of 200 tickets sold out within a week. The second batch is already up and while writing this article, there are around 125 standard tickets and 11 Micro sponsor tickets left. Once this is sold, another lot of tickets will also be released.
Standard tickets (Regular)– includes access of 2 days conference and 1 day contribution day. The price is just THB 800 (approx USD 26).
Micro Sponsor Tickets– This ticket allows the small business, freelancers or WordPress users to attain the success of the WordCamp Asia 2020. The price of this ticket is near to the actual cost per person. You will be acknowledged by the organizing team as an exemplary Open Source Citizen!
